is this related to nodequeue? will it support views integration/presentation?

the title says it all, just wondering if this relates at all to nodequeue module OR if like nodequeue, it is exposed to views for custom blocks/pages....

Currently no relation nodequeue. One of the features on our list is to expose it to Views though. That would be a great piece of functionality.
