i cant add a new language, i already have spanish, french, german and english. i tried adding a polish language, activated it, but it doesnt show up anywhere?

sorry it works. my user account didnt have this langauge enabled... how do i enable this new langauge for all existing accounts?

I cannot add a completely new language.
If I enable an excisting language, all is well, but if I add a new language - not in the list- it's not working.
All content using that new language is "Page not found".

FIXED:

This problem was solved, and here is the solution:

Add your new language prefix to the list found in localizer_settings.php
