Charts module is displayed in the help index, but it does not have any own help topic.
clicking on it gives the following error messages
* warning: uasort(): The argument should be an array in advanced_help/advanced_help.module on line 241.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in advanced_help/advanced_help.module on line 243.

merlinofchaos commentedI just added a new feature (it's in -dev only) to allow you to add a setting of hide = TRUE to remove a module from the list for this very purpose. (It's too intensive, IMO, to automatically remove modules from the list since every topic would have to be checked and trees crawled to find out).
