Yui editor shows up twice on pages - Drupal 6

Hello, first time poster here.
I realize this issue has been addressed before here however it looks like the issue is closed, but my symptoms are identical. I am running drupal 6.1 and have installed the most recent YUI editor (6.x-2.31) and YUI library.
At first, I wasn't seeing the editor at all, but then I went to the YUI editor settings and created a new profile for 'authenticated users'. Since then, no matter what settings I change, the editor displays twice, as seen in the screenshot included on the above-referenced post.
What other information do you need from me?

I got identical problem.
Unfortunately, this bug exists on other wysiwyg modules, I have this problem with FCKEditor module too.

Hello,
I'm also having the same problem on a test site running drupal 6.5. I've updated to the newest YUI and YUI Editor module releases. The screenshot attached shows the garland theme, but its also showing up twice in the custom theme i'm building for this site. Any ideas on how to fix this?
