Issue Summary
V3 has not changed in its interface or API at all. It's version 3 because it has tidy new features.
If you want to update, try this.
- Backup (of course).
- Don't shut the module down. Just rip it out and replace with V3.
- IMMEDIATELY, got to Site Configuration>Taxonomy Router. Choose options and submit.
That should be enough to update your database, and now you are away. Far as I know, this won't crash anything. It's pretty robust, anyway.

now the router runs perfectly :) (but the treemenu does nothing, it has lost the administration panels) ;)

hmm the taxonomie menu only give me foren to create a menu but not vocabularies :(
