Easy database tables administration ?

hello guys,

I'm a newbie in drupal and try to write my own little module.

Part of it is to manage some own 'settings' tables. I add the tables with schema module -> schema_hook.

But now i don't see clearly what way i should follow to simply build admin pages (list/edit/add/delete) for all this tables : views module / form...?

Before discovering drupal, i often used phpmyedit. Is there such a tool/module to easily get php code to integrate to my module pages.
