Question re files to upload

Hi Robert,

I can use this updated enewsletter module for 4.6, right? Already downloaded it, but am a bit confused by this instruction in the readme file:

1. Place the entire enewsletter directory into your Drupal modules/
directory.

Add the following modules to your modules directory in the same way:

bounced_email.module
html2txt.module
identity_hash.module
publication.module
templates.module
schedule.module
subscribed.module

I don't see these modules, and only see the ff.

enewsletter.module
enewsletter.mysql
enewsletter_combined.mysql
enewsletter_send_receive.module

So which databases and modules am I going to upload? Thanks! :)
