The form has padding fields - but I noticed that its not being used in the code.
So can I assume its not supported for this release?
(If so, should comment out the form - to avoid confusion ;))

It is supported and used. See sifr_render_render_rule_js(). The sIFR library applies those padding values directly to the Flash canvas.
