kbahey commentedYes, it has a settings to ignore clicks coming in from the same ip address for a configurable period of time.
Next time, it is easier to find out for yourself the answer by downloading the module and checking its settings.

Since this is not listed in the description but is an important feature for affiliate programs, I figured asking the question once and receiving an answer may save a lot of people the time of downloading and installing the module on a sanbox site, not to mention the bandwidth.
