In "Home » Mailing Lists register -> Edit Mailing list commands" I have checked "Allow digest." However, only the admin user is seeing the "Subscribe for digest (receive emails in a bundle)" option. The other users are allowed only to subscribe or unsubscribe.

sorry, you should delete this thread. OF COURSE the user has to subscribe first before getting the digest option. So it's working fine.
