Module Session Favorites- How to output additional field/s other than node title ?

Using modules to 'bookmark' nodes (restricted by type) by either 'user' or 'anonymous'

Output node list ONLY shows node title with link to full node.

Is there any way to output node title list AND other node field or preferably custom field ?

I want the bookmarked node list to include a node custom 'field_ref' which the viewer can x-ref and use in form submit as a unique reference rather than having to enter the whole node title

Any help would be appreciated
