Batch update framework and integration with og. When a node in a book is edited and
the og audience or og public setting is changed all nodes in that book will be adjusted
to reflect the new node setting. This batch update is hookable so checkout book_manager.batch.inc
for more details and the reference implementation with og, og_access, and og_access_roles.

This is the 6.x-2.x dev branch of Book Manager where, among other things, the outlining of personal books will closer resemble the administrator's outlining -- users will be able to rename nodes on the new personal outline form.
