Hi, This module is a greate module which will save a lot of time of mine. I have install the "book copy" and "clone" module on my drupal site.
But when I click the "Derive a Copy " link in one of my book page, it will returns a blank page. I can found the book root page and some of book subpages. It seem that only a part of book and its subtree was successed, the other failed.

My drupal site is in Chinese. The book and its child page only have a title and body. The root book page is a cck content type, and the child page is book content type.

Please try increasing your memory limit.

If that doesn't solve the problem can you try cloning a node via node clone and report back if it is successful? Try the top-level node and a lower level node. Use the clone feature via the "Clone" tab provided by the clone module to do this.

Also can you check watchdog, php/apache error log and report any relevant errors?

I think this may be an issue with node_clone if it is not a memory limit error.

Title: "Derive a Copy" returns a blank page » How access "Derive a link"

I have install the "book copy" and "clone" module on my Drupal site. But I am not able to find the "Derive a link" link anywhere -- neither in the book or a page in the book.

My report does not show any install errors. I assume I should be able to go to the book and see this link. Is that right?

Thanks.

Bill

BillMounce,

The link is "Derive a copy" and will only show up if the user you are logged in as has the "Copy Books" permission under "book_copy module" on "admin/user/permissions"

See attached screen shot.

Billmounce, in the future please create new tickets rather than derailing existing issues.

Oops. I found the link at the bottom. I did a book and it transferred perfectly. Thanks.
