Contexts - Arguments not showing in panel page view

I apologize if this is still being worked on. I tried to read the release notes, but for some reason the page was not loading in. I was wondering if contexts were working. currently it does not show arguments panes in the panel page view. Maybe it is me, the whole context setup is new to me. I simply wanted to add the "node add form" argument. I added it, then selected the form elements I wanted and placed them in "content", everything saved fine, but nothing shows when I view the page.
