Issue Summary
It appears from one of the other closed issues that the phplist integration module requires mysql version 5. Is that true? I can't find that anywhere in the documentation. This is a show stopper for me inasmuch as my hosting provider only provides mysql version 4.

Hi,
That is an excellent question, and one which I'm afraid I can't answer. I have been working on MySQL 5 since it first came out and have no experience of 4. That said, I don't think I have used any fancy SQL in this module, but the only way to be 100% sure is if someone who uses MySQL 4 can confirm. Anyone??
Regards,
- Paul
