Tab "Subgroups" to edit the tree disappeared in D6

Description

Selecting a specific group (here: "Alle") from the groups home page leads to the page containing the different tabs to "VIEW EDIT SUBGROUPS TRACK E-mail".
In D6 the "Subgroups" tab is not present any more so the groups tree can't be edited.
