Hi ppl.

i am running a product review and opinion site which is based on .NET/MS-SQL and i want to migrate it to Drupal. What i want to know and to make sure before i do that is this.

I want to add products on my own, and then make it available for the members to write their opinions/reviews.

Products to have different fields like - Category>Subcategory>Product & Brand
Picture Link in the database.
Member can recommend, not recommend a product, based on which there'd be a recommendation and rating value of each product which shud show up with the product.

I'm willing to pay for development of such a custom module of somebody is interested. I can show him the current site too, so i can explain the workflow in a better way. Please contact me at sham@sham-inc.com in case anybody is interested in doing this.

If anybody here can suggest me, where can i find such a freelancer who can do this job for me.

I wish there was a module for this...

Basically all you need to do is create a different type of node, one that would allow you to put in your own custom fields like radio boxes for the author to critique the book the boat the house or any product...

but also mod the comments module to also allow users to select their own ratings

and some other module will average these ratings and spit it out to the node output...
