Hello together,
I am looking for some inspiration on modules, which are new in Drupal 6. I used the 'new-modules' feature in Drupalmodules.com to get some Candidates :
http://drupalmodules.com/new-modules.
Here a brief (untested) List :
- Book Manager
- Book Copy
- Module Filter
- JSpec - JavaScript Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Framework
- Module Object Oriented Programming API
- Killfile
- Glossify
- Image Browser
- Content unpublish
- Create quota
- BlockTools
etc. pp.
I would be interested in your **experiences** with the new modules.
In hope for some interesting remarks,
yours,
Phil

that's a LOADED question!
i'm not so sure that the question is about modules as much as it is about progress with modules - for example, the new views and cck modules are amazing and just keep getting better, and many of the d6 modules are evoloving to take advantage of d6 features, including old modules...but specific to d6, i'm fascinated by rules (like workflow-ng), user relationships (an evolutionary step for a buddylist type tool on networking sites) and modules that continue to leverage 'tokens' (also love comment_notify)
there are soooo many modules to consider and it really depends on what you're trying to do with your site...
for example, a lot of people on d6 are moving away from 'events module' and 'image module' and instead doing all of this with views and cck (using calendar module or imagefield/imagecache and so on)....
it's more about what's possible versus what's available ;)
