NO "Browse Sever" button

D 5.10, Tinymce 5.1.9

I have had this running for several months with no problem being able to insert images. I could select the image button, the box would come up and i could "browse server" to my local machine and pick and insert images. The yesterday i started to get the "white page of death" when trying to add a page. After some reading a post said it was the captcha and jquery modules conflicting so i took them out and then i could get to the add content page.

The only problem is that the "browse server" button is now gone. I have reinstalled with the devel module, cleared cache, update, etc with no success.

The browse server works with fckeditor and blueditor
