Tests for feedapi comments

Hi Aron - here's a pretty much done test for feedapi_comments.

We should find some better URLs on flickr, youtube and vimeo than the one's I am using. Ideally, we would control all of the URL's we are using in their on specific accounts (Devseed accounts?) so that we can make sure these videos and pictures will stay around and don't change their comments too much.
