Hmm... no that's not right at all. I moved two files from machinelearningapi to memetracker but evidently removed more then that...
Download alpha 5 instead I guess:
http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/machinelearningapi-6.x-1.1-alphpa5....
But just remove cluster.py and machine_learning_api.inc from the machine_learning directory as they should be in memetracker (actually, I'm not sure -- double check that before you remove those two files).
