I know from here that it's possible to open node content in a lightbox without the sidebars. Now i want to display the comment-form of this nodes like this.
But f.e. if i open "mysite/comment/reply/2345#comment-form/lightbox2" this option doesn't work...
isn't there a way to get the content looking like it looks for the nodes?

No, there is no way to do this at present. Marking this as postponed as it won't make it into the next release.
