i have a question or a tipp for the programmer of the event module.
Can you add an yearoverview or a complete overview of all events entered in the module? It would be very nice. I got some comments that my website need an overview like that.

Check out the Views module. You'll could create a view that lists events within the past year.

While I agree that this is achieable through views, an integrated yearly overview would make sense and I'd welcome a patch to achive this.

Event for Drupal 8 is unrelated to older versions. If an issue similar to this one exists, please open a new issue with the 8.x branch.
