Hi,

I'm trying out KT integration module (drupal 6.5) with knowledgeTree-STABLE-OSS v3.5.4. KT itself had been installed successfully and in working condition, and after carefully followed the integration manual, I've finally got an "ok" status at the top of the kt.module setting page and the KT link appear on the navigation menu. But when I clicked on the link, all I can see is the Loading document manager... in infinite loop. Nothing special in my setup, I just followed the instruction including enabling KT to be shown within Drupal's iframe on acqua_marina theme.
If you need more info for troubleshooting, just drop a line, I'll send them in the soonest.

Hi, did you do this steps? It is from the installation instruction
2. Copy the drupal folder (in the KnowledgeTree folder in the module) into the plugins directory in your KnowledgeTree install
8. Login in to your KnowledgeTree installation and enable the Drupal plugin in the DMS administration section -> Miscellaneous -> Manage Plugins (you might have to click on the Reread Plugins button)

I get it work, but it did not logon automotically when I log in to drupal. I am looking for auto log on for KT, but dont see any :(.

Yeah, I've done all that, in fact I've scrutinized the installation instruction to make sure I followed the steps correctly and not miss anything. The KT page can be loaded properly outside of the Drupal frame and the auto logon works for me. But somehow it wont show within Drupal, all I get is the rotating clock-like icon with the text "Loading document manager..." next to it. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the theme i'm using (acqua_marina) ot something else.

Disable and enable the module in drupal fixed the problem.
