I have noticed that
Taxonomy access hides taxonomy links for anonymous

is there any way to enable the link display when viewing each node ?

or does that depend on the permissions I give ?

Finally realized
I had to check the "List"
For each "term" that I wanted to be "Listed" ;-)

Problem solved

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for two weeks with no activity.
