I'm assuming it is related to memory, but every so often t.d.o dumps the following error message a ton of times until it freezes.

MySQL server has gone away

Since we have a second slave running with 4GB of RAM I'll turn off t.d.o as a slave until someone takes a look.

Please remove the _checkout db or w/e and kill ramdisk. As it no longer tests patches, just drives.
