Permissions problem? (will only display when logged in)

Description

I've got a nodecarousel setup here: http://beta.menashalibrary.org and it has an issue with Internet Explorer 6. If I'm logged in, it views just fine. If I'm not, it doesn't show up. It only does this with IE6, but since it works after logging in, i'm guessing it's a permissions issue. I checked my permissions, and I've got access all nodecarousels checked for all users including anonymous.

Is there anything else I need to do? If not, any other ideas why this may not be working?

ensure you have anon access to be able to view content as well.

Though It doesn't make sense that it would be a permissions issue in drupal if one browser is acting correctly and the other isn't. Permissions are per browser they are per user role.

I double checked, and under 'content_permissions module' I have 'view field_image' and under imagecache module I have 'view imagecache featured' checked (the imagecache used for my nodecarousel) for all users. I also have 'access content' under 'node module' checked for all users.

Short of checking one box, saving permissions, testing, repeat for each item - I'm stumped.

Ok, just for testing purposes, I gave the anonymous user full permission to everything. Still cannot view the carousel in IE6 without logging in. Now I'm really stumped. Any ideas what else may be causing this?

Here's another odd thing I noticed. If I log in, clear the cache, the carousel shows up for anonymous users in IE6. If I then log out, still ok in IE6 anon. BUT, as soon as I clear the cache after having logged out, it no longer shows up in IE6 anonymously.

Do you have block caching turned on with your site? Javascript active blocks do not work well with block caching.

I did have it on, yes. I just tried turning it off, cleared the cache, and still doesn't work in IE6 with anonymous users. Then, I went all out and disabled all caching completely. No effect.

Ok, it's all fixed now. I'm not sure why it fixed itself, but I'm 'guessing' it had to do with turning off block caching. Even though I cleared the cache after disabling it, and had no effect. The next day it was fine, and continues to work fine. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out with this.

Was pulling my hair out on this same issue with a 6.x install. I tried resetting the node permissions with no luck. After I went to the admin>performance>reset cache to defaults then anonymous users could view all content. Not sure if it was a combination of efforts that solved the problem, but I had tried resetting node permissions multiple times with no luck. Thanks for everyone elses contributions. JS.
