In the D5->D6.patch it was possible to give the users the option to set publishing users, I miss that.
In the D5->D6.patch (and originally)the publishing time and user is collapsed on its own, but not in 6.x-1.x-dev, it looks better separated, and it is more space efficient when the users only want to display the publishing options.
Originally in D6 revision settings is in its own collapsing tab, but in 6.x-1.x-dev the option is placed together with the other publishing options. To remove possibilities for confusion this should be placed as originally intended for D6.
