I don't know multiply. I assume it is like Flickr.

Look at at the following poscasts which explain how to create quickly and easily a photo Gallery with a few contributed modules:

I have used the same technics for my personal website: http://www.weiersmuller.org

I also used DHTML and Taxadelic modules to create the list of galleries in the right side bars.
