1) Allow a translated node to be sent for translation to a new language. eg Dutch to English then English to Chinese.
2) Enable content to be sent for translation to multiple languages and control the translation languages independently.

This release fixes minor bugs since found in release 1.2
1) add a xmlrpc callback to query the translation status of a node.
2) Only set a translation for "review" if it hasn't been translated (published) previously.
3) Check if a book page is part of a book. Only check to see if the book root and the book parent pages have been translated if it is.
4) Don't set status to complete if the translation fails to download.
5) Clear the locale cache after fixing links in blocks.
This release improves handling links and images in translated documents. It will automatically convert relative URLs to absolute ones. In so doing, it will keep the correct path to images and be able to update links to their respective translated nodes.
