This sounds like your installation is not complete. Does the table "weather_icao" contain any data?

I just checked - 0 rows.

Also, I updated to 5.x and ran update.php but am still in the same boat.

Could you uninstall the module and reinstall again? That should solve your error, however, your custom settings for the module will be deleted.

I just did a clean install. When I try to edit location or setup the default configuration, the country and Place drop down does not have any value. It gives me following error on the page.

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/penepal/public_html/zdrupal/includes/common.inc on line 1499.

Did you uninstall (i.e. delete the module's tables) and install version 6.x-5.0 of the module?

I deleted the modules table and reinstalled it. Its working fine.

However, I did not find Kathmandu, Nepal listed in the list of locations. Is there any way we can add that location to the list. The ICAO for the airport location in Kathmandu is VNKT.
