not sure if this module is working

i type in the url as described while logged in as the UID1 Site Admin user,
just sends me to the normal "add user" page where I choose from a list of
roles, i was assuming I would get a create-user page that would automatically
assign the role in the url after hitting submit? Some more in depth and specific usage
instructions would help!

what I was hoping was to give anonymous users the ability to have a link
that they click on which automatically assigns them to a certain role,
but thought I would do the basic usage first
