Love avatar module. It would be great for me if the admin or other users (by role) could still be allowed to upload their own avatars, even when "Disable users uploading pictures to profile" is turned on. Great module!

Committed! There's a new 'upload avatar in profile' permission which you need to assign users who should still be able to upload avatars even though the disable upload feature is disabled. This will be included in the next dev release, available later today.
