Hi,

I have searched everywhere, and cannot find a simple Calendar Event Reminder module for 6.x. Is this built into some 6.x module that I'm overlooking?

Just to explain what I mean by "Calendar Event Reminder":
- An event occurs on Nov. 15, 2008 (for example). Users can "sign up" for this event. Maybe the event is recurring. 'X' number of days before the event, every user who has signed up, receives a Reminder (email, or via other means) that the Event is happening soon.

http://drupal.org/project/signup is the module you want. The D6 port is underway, and there will be a beta release available Real Soon Now(tm), probably in the next few days: #222217: Port to 6.x
