Please check those who are seeing the pages have proper access / permission to see those pages, which can be set by the site admin. Also select the checkbox "Promote to front page".
You need to be more descriptive of what you have done and what problem you are facing.
From what you wrote, you have created content under the "Create Content" menu. What type of content (page,story,other) have you created and where do you expect it to show. If you expect it on the front page under "Publishing Options" "Promote to front page" must be checked.
Login as administrator (your first drupal account), then go to Administer - Content Management - Content and click on edit link of the page which you created..
In edit page, check if Published is selected or not (under Publishing options).
