Is there a script out there to convert a phpNUKE theme to a theme that one of drupals theme engines can run? If not are there any hints or hacks anyone can suggest?

There are no script, but it's very simple! But boring, and I don't think anybody will do this for you. So you have 2 choises:
1) DIY

2) offer some money

ok, so study HTML (and some CSS), PHPTemplate, and of course, some PHP - and you're done :D
