I have installed the Legal module which works really well, but now when a new user creates an account the User registration guidelines appear below the username & password form. I can't seem to find any way of controlling this and it's important that the registration instructions appear at the top of my page for my site's audience. I have read about a similar problem occurring with other modules (Simple news - http://drupal.org/node/232220) but I can't seem to relate the fix to this module... Am I being dumb!? Any help would be greatly appreciated

This actually seems to be a bug in the user module as remedied by: http://drupal.org/node/318453. I've tried it and it works.
