How to configure a the API module ?

Hello,

i have installed succefully the api module on my drupal site. This for give an api of a non drupal website. I have configured all the settings like the exemples on the module documentation page. But there is any site scanned. I tried to run the cron.php manuelly without succes.

I don't find where is the problem.
