Access control - creating TinyMCE Profile produces warning.

Using tinymce 3_2_1 and the drupal module 6.x-1.1, installing looks fine.
I am additionally using the module "content_access" 6.x-1.0-beta1

When i trsy to create the first profile "Add new TinyMCE profile", i see the warning
"warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/wdb/includes/form.inc on line 1194."

the page renders correct, but this warning is in a red field.
