The user_settings and widgets tables are missing the { } brackets in the navigate.install file ... This leads to wrong table names in Drupal if the DB Table base is defined.

Thanks for catching that, abhigupta. This has been fixed in the development release, I'll release a BETA 2 shortly with the fix.
