Release notes

Created simply from scratch theme, which is strictly css-based with no table layout. No complex constructs but the clearness of style and structure(two main columns and other regions).

Friendly browsers:
* FF3
* IE7
* Safari
* Opera9
* IE6(some design features lost but still looks pretty, fixed png transparency and CSS)

Finally, it's done in warm colors - that's why Warmy.
