Search by title feature

Thanks for the new updates to the search module.

One important feature, IMHO, is to offer a selection box or radio buttons to allow searching in the subject/title field only. This would be quite handy in narrowing down the search, and the results, and it's faster.

Example: If you search the drupal forums for "taxonomy", you will get tons of unrelated search hits. But if your search only in the node title, you are more likely to get relevant results on "taxonomy", and a much refined result list.
