the .flv files get deleted when the node does, but the .jpg's do not. I think this is because there's no entry for the .jpg file in the "upload" table (tho it does exist in the "files" table. It doesn't exist in the flashvideo table either, but I'm not sure it should.

I haven't been able to duplicate this in 1.4 or 1.x-dev versions. Is this still happening for you?

No, not repeatable on 1.4 for me either. I think it may have been a byproduct of me fixing a different bug.
