I am in the process of wire framing a zen subtheme using both the wireframe feature of Zen and my own "wireframe" png images - doing this to create wire frame templates with images so that a designer can understand what can be themed and see how the images work - anyway, attached is FF, Opera, and IE - as you can see IE does not display the header correctly, the wireframe for the headers not wide enough.

Bah, that's caused by the "skip to navigation" link. Hover your mouse to the right of the header and you'll see it.

You might want to use the alternate "skip to navigation" styling mentioned in the comments of the layout-*.css file.
