I'd like to give users an option to select their own profile page background color/image from predefine skins (either hard code or editable by admin). Searching through the website, I found that users can select different theme for entire website looks once they log in. However, I can't find any related information about selecting the profile page background color/image. After the user select the profile background, the rest of the website still remain the default theme. If other user browse their profile page, it'll display the profile page with the background the owner of the profile selected.

I am also found out some information about uploading css by user. However, not all user know about css. Please correct me if this feature do able to find through this website. Hope that anyone can guide me about it. I think this is very nice features that should have for social networking website. I am using core profile module for drupal 5.7. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

Try fourseason theme in drupal..you get an idea about how do change the color of profile as per wish of user..

Thanks lot for your reply. I'm sorry that I'm not pro enough to get the idea from the theme. Somemore the color selection seems just for preview and not saved in database. I think the profile page background should be saved so that next time the profile owner or other user view the profile page is according to the profile owner color selection that saved last time.

The feature I need is somehow like http://www.friendster.com/editskin.php? where customize profile skin can be selected and saved. I think this is not theme related but another feature or module required?
Can explain in more details guidance. Thanks in advance.

were you able to find a module that could do as you wanted. If you were could you point me to the source, i am very much interested in having the same functionality for my user profile.
