Right now you can chose to show either teaser or body.
I will add a third option - it show the node as a teaser, an when clicking read more (or the node header) the node will expand to show the whole node.

Was this ever implemented? I can't see the option in Views.

It seems that this module is the only one that might potentially offer this functionality, which is a really nice piece. Getting it live would be much appreciated.

This will not be added, but i will consider adding it as a separate plugin for views.

Am I right in thinking this is the only module that comes close to expanding teaser into full node via Ajax? If so, then yes that would be great as a plugin for views.
