There is this free EasyUpload FCKEditor plugin which greatly simplifies the image upload process.

I am trying to include this in Drupal FCKEditor but without any luck.

Has anybody done this before?

Okay, I managed to get it working.
It works great!

Makes image uploading a breeze -- almost as easy as in Google Apps Sites editor.
