Here is a module that will allow admin_menu to work with navigate. #331593: Move initial styling into navigate.js is required before this module will work.

Thanks, redndahead! In the next beta, I hope to correct this. I didn't realize how much people like that little icon in the upper left corner of the admin menu.

Sorry it took so long to get to this, real life just took a break for a while so I was able to bring Navigate up to speed. Lots of new features and fixes in Beta5, and hopefully will make a 1.0 release soon!

Compatibility with Admin menu has been added in Beta5. Yea!
