Several Issues?

CCK 6.x-2.0 Content
Form Markup 6.x-1.0
A) Available Updates shows Recommended version: 6.x-1.1. After unzip/copying 6x-1.1 to sites/all/modules/formmarkup folder, refresh of Available Updates continued to show same message and update.php showed "no updates availailable".
B) Suffix and Prefix only show on CCK text fields for integer, decimeal, float. Should Suffix/prefix show on other CCK fields?
C) After Form Markup is disabled in modules suffix/prefix continue to show in CCK fields.
