Permission denied for admin in actions page

Hi,

I am relatively new to Drupal. I am facing some problems. I am using Drupal 6.6. I installed workflow module. I created a number of states. When I tried to add an action, I get the following error.

"You are not authorized to access this page. "

Along with this on the top of the page, there a warning message which says

"warning: Missing argument 1 for trigger_access_check() in /home/learners/public_html/eduril/modules/trigger/trigger.module on line 129."

I am getting the same warning message in couple other pages also.

Can someone please help me with this? I am really stuck up with this for quite long time.
